Im so surprised by the reviews left from other people. These are the pictures from my room. The room was clean. The bed and pillows were comfortable. I had zero problems. I don't know if they are renovating the hotel or what.. this is my honest review. I will be staying here again. The staff needs to be more friendlier. No smiles or greetings. A turn off for travelers.

Very comfortable bed. Handicap bathroom very spacious. Needs walk-in showers for those who are disabled. Should NOT have to step over a low tub even with safety grab bars in place. Friendly and courteous front desk staff.

Listen, this is an inexpensive hotel and you get what you pay for. The rooms are good size, but don’t have amenities like a coffee maker (I had to get a blow dryer from the front desk), but there is a good sized mini fridge and microwave. They took out closets and dressers in the remodel, but there is cubby storage and hangers on hooks. The bathroom is small, but the water is hot and the pressure is good, beds were descent and there are multiple pillows. The breakfast is basically waffles, cereal, bread and coffee/juice—no fruit or anything. But it’s not a Hilton or Holiday Inn and for the price, you’ll be comfortable for a night or two. It’s independently operated—so small staff, but they do their best. It’s is a good area and convenient to the freeway, which makes a little noise, but it’s not bad (like white noise for sleep). I brought a group of high school students, and they had no complaints, and we felt safe here. Would I have liked to stay at a Hilton? Sure. But we had a tight budget. So, we made due. It’s satisfactory for the price.

Pleasantly surprised. I read reviews on multiple sites and saw it varied. I really wasn't sure what to expect. We tend to stay at budgeted inns and motels across the US. Occasionally we treat ourselves to a higher end hotel. I'm a little ocd, so "budget/cheap" often ends up being dirty or sketchy stays . I do draw the line with bugs! I'm a big city girl so my idea of safe may differ, but in any reviews I leave, I note if I'd be comfortable as a single woman traveling alone or if I'd approve if traveling with kids. This is an honest review coming from that perspective. For this stay, we had 2 rooms on the 2nd floor and had an extended stay. I want to note that I do travel with cleaning supplies. PROS: Rooms were clean. When I did my cleaning and bed checks I was actually impressed. I'm pretty used to being disgusted by having to deep clean a room that should've been decent upon arrival. This place yielded VERY little dirt. I was extremely pleased with that. No disgusting smell. No sign of bugs. Fridge and microwave not only worked, they were clean. Hvac unit worked and filters were clean. Room stayed warm(it was cold during our stay). Ample plugs for phones and electronics. Beds were comfortable for the most part and all linens were clean. Pillows were decent and were clean. Bathroom was pretty good. Everything worked and was clean. Furniture and wall art were in good condition. They provide shampoo/conditioner, bodywash and lotion. Carpets were in good condition (our socks didn't turn black). If you travel often you know how gross some floors are. Doors locked, felt secure and had a good seal. There was plenty of parking spots and they were spaced nicely. Handicap parking available as well. Lobby was clean. Breakfast and coffee was available each morning. Location is convenient. The whole area felt safe. I wasn't posted up outside but I did see a patrol car drive through and not in a way that made me believe they know this as a problematic area. It was a run of the mill public safety thing that all our law enforcement officers do.... or should be doing anyway. Staff was friendly. TVs are good, wifi is decent. Allows pets. I'd be ok bringing kids here or traveling as a single woman alone. CONS: (To each their own, most are not big deals) The building itself is in need of repair. The concrete is crumbling in a many places. Cracks are visible on some of the interior walls as well. Stair wells seem sketchy with all the creaking but were stable. As with any place that allows pets, people do not always pick up after their pets. This place has bag stations, trash and signage to aide in the cleanup effort. That's on the guests! You will see bagged trash sitting outside of the rooms. Someone comes along to collect those. During our stay, it appeared they do this twice a day. The trash is constant bc there are so many guests, so when trash is collected, other guest havent sat theirs out yet. We didn't notice much housekeeping activity as far as carts being outside of the rooms or the noise of the rolling carts, but most guest have do not disturb signs up and have extended stays. There are a lot of contract workers that stay. I see it everywhere we go, so if you need room service you'd likely need to let the front desk know. Idk who uses in room phones or irons anymore but our rooms had neither. We also did not have in room coffee makers or hairdryers. There isn't much storage. You will hear noise, same as most places. Traffic noise and guests noise. We could hear walking in the room above us and the interstate traffic. You'll hear neighboring doors open and close and occasionally hear talking as people walk by. I've personally had way worse experiences with this so I'd consider it average. Obviously certain factors like the current guest could have impacts on the amount of noise you hear. Breakfast selections are slim but still better than many budgeted inns. Waffles, toast, cereal and coffee seemed to always be an option. If you're used to sausage and eggs, you might be disappointed.
